Supplier Quality pre Electrotechnical industry (Piešťany, dočasne Hlohovec)

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Work with purchasing team to ensure supplier performance is regularly reported and appropriate and timely corrective actions are implemented
• Ensure timely processing of any component non-conformances found at incoming inspection,
• Coordinate supplier complaints using 8D methodology, including the implementation of containments, root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions
• Establishing and support incoming inspection procedures and internal NC material handling process
• Provide support to incoming inspection department including creation of documentation for inspection, sampling plans; trainings, certification for inspectors
• Support new product launches to ensure that supplier quality meets the required standards
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and internal product non-conformities related to components quality issues

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

• University education (Bachelor's degree)

Educational Specialization

• technický odbor (elektrotechnika výhodou)

Language skills

• English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

• Microsoft Excel – Advanced
• Microsoft Outlook – Advanced
• Microsoft Word - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

• Knowledge of various quality system methodologies including 8D, Pareto Analysis, PFMEA, 5 Whys, etc.
• Ability to read blue prints and understand industry specifications
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard
• Experience in the EMS industry
• Ability to analyze, prioritize and solve problems
• Ability to communicate and work efficiently in cross-functional teams
• Initiative to achieve continuous improvement
