Logistics and Trade Compliance Manager

Responsible for the development and management of company’s Outbound global logistics network and trade compliance

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Providing a consistent logistics platform resulting in competitive advantage for the company and its customers
• Cost, cash flow, quality, and availability (capacity & on-time delivery) optimization within global transportation network
• Providing and managing world class logistics service offerings resulting in increased customer satisfaction and improved profitability
• Close Collaboration with Inbound Supply Chain Team on Global Logistics Service Provider (LSP) partner tendering, selection, contracting, and management including 4PL assessments and implementation.
• In Collaboration with inbound Supply Chain Team Develop and deploy a preferred global LSP program
• Logistics and trade compliance risk assessment and management
• Trade compliance process development and implementation within the company and in collaboration with its partners
• Delivering logistics solutions supporting the company Logistics modelling projects
• KPI and target setting, follow-up, and continuous improvement for logistics function
• Continuously Monitoring and timely acting upon all relevant Trade compliance requirements
• Support and competence building of logistics and Trade Compliance awareness within the company organization.
• Profitable performance through customer satisfaction and operational excellence with the use of harmonized the company order-to-cash processes and procedures

• High level of education in relevant field, or equivalent experience from Logistics management in global environment.
