Job description, responsibilities and duties

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Talent Specialist will oversee Grow, Perform and Succeed process management, development goal settings, talent review, organizing soft skill trainings, recruitment and support internal communication. This position also manage the employee life cycle process - onboarding. Be an integral part of our HR team. 

Your challenge:

• Ensure development process
• Manage Grow, Perform & Succeed process - development management and talent review process
• Manage the employee life cycle process: recruitment, onboarding 
• Participate on soft training plan creation, ensure soft skills trainings according training plan 
• Actively participates on goals setting process/ development management process, talent review process
• Ensure educational activities in the filed of management education
• Creates succession plans for defined managerial and strategic positions
